Birth of Alchemy

The birth of Alchemy is inspired by the founders’ fascination to Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Like Nicholas Flamel, the founders consider themselves as the “modern-day alchemists” who are visionaries, creative and resourceful in bringing the brand they touch its  golden stature .

It was January 3, 2003 when four marketing wizards converged and created Alchemy Advertising. What started as a media buying agency evolved into becoming a full service advertising agency offering the most effective tricks to its clientele.

Combining young creative minds and industry veterans, Alchemy has been able to skilfully adapt to the ever-changing fast paced world of advertising.

From Lead to Gold

When imaginative minds converge, ordinary concepts become mind-bending ideas. “Alchemy” dwells in the idea of “turning metals into gold”, which reflects the agency’s mantra; to transform budding and mainstream brands into timeless and valuable products/service to its target consumer.

Though we aim to make your customers see you as valuable as gold, creative ideas and strategic executions need not be priced like one. No matter how your company weighs in the corporate world, Alchemy takes on the challenge to build taintless and reasonably-priced strategies for you so that it transmutes your brand into precious gold.

Alchemy Today

Today, Alchemy is run by its original founders: Ms. Fely Reyes and Ms. Rachel Cabrera-Santos. With more than 35 years of experience and expertise, both are considered pioneers in the media and advertising industry.

Alchemy envisions itself as the most preferred integrated marketing communications agency in the Philippines, in terms of providing its partners timeless creative ideas & executions, strategic marketing campaigns, cost-effective financial planning and motivated people to handle client requirements.

Our Principles

It is essential to create a lasting relationship with your target market. You want more than sales. You want loyal customers.

Remember, you are not just selling a product, service, or idea to the general public. You are answering a personal desire or necessity of an individual who has thoughts and feelings. The more personal it is, the better.

Being heard is not enough. You should be understood to be able to press the right buttons in a person.

Different people talk in different languages. Your choice of words and how you say things make all the difference.

Emotions play out an important part in translating. Arouse your target and make them feel.

An “interesting” promotion is an okay promotion. You should aim for “engaging” promotions that make people respond and act.
